Ingredients: Mango, Carrot, Cilantro, Nori Sheets, Lime, Salt, Avocado and Celery
Preparation: Cut the Mango, Carrot, Avocado and Celery in long skinny pieces, put on nori sheets with the cilantro and roll, and dab some water on the end to keep it from unraveling, squeeze a little lime juice and a bit of salt. Cut in pieces to your liking.
Sauce: Spinach, cashews, salt, cayenne pepper, cilantro, cucumber and water, put in a processor and blend until smooth.
Also need nama shoyu.
