Ingredients: Frozen bananas, almond milk, cashews, and raisins.
Preparations: Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend till it's ready...

Ingredients: Blackberries, pineapple and almond milk.
Preparations: Put all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.

twin smoothies

Ingredients: Pineapple, mango, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, avocado
Preparation: Take pineapple pieces, mango pieces and avocado, add water and blend, it's better if the fruits are frozen if you prefer a thick consistency, if not then no need to freeze. The avocado doesn't have to be frozen...anyway add the berries on top and enjoy.

Bell pepper spaghetti



Ingredients: Pasta, tomatoes, red, yellow and orange bell pepper, white onion salt and pepper.
Preparation: Boil water, after the water is boiled put the pasta in, let boil till soft to your liking, drain and set aside. In a large pan, put olive oil, add cut onions and saute' for 5 minutes, add the pepper saute' for another 5 minutes, and last add the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper, ready to go, enjoy

ice creaaaaam


Ingredients: Frozen banana, cashews, raisins, strawberries and almond milk
Preparation: Put the frozen banana, cashews, raisins and almond milk in the processor, process until smooth
Cut the strawberries in smalls pieces, put on top and throw crushed nuts, optional, and voila, yummy!

Chia seeds and berries



Ingredients: Chia seeds, almond milk, berries, banana and crushed nuts
Preparation: Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for 20 minutes, adds the fruits and crushed nuts on top, voila, Enjoy

Socca for breakfast





Ingredients: Garbanzo flour
Coconut oil
Water
Lime
Cashews
Salt
Cayenne pepper
Olive oil
Bell peppers
Cucumber

Preparation: 1 Cup of garbanzo flour, add water until you get a good consistency, like pancake mix, add salt and fly it with coconut oil.
For the sauce, cashews, cucumber, olive oil, salt and lime juice, blend or process.
Cuts some veggies and throw on top, and voila! Enjoy.

lunch: Corn

slightly boiled corn, with powdered cashews, salt, pepper and lime.

breakfast: strawberry bananas




1 banana, 3 strawberries, chia seeds, almond milk and a dash of agave syrup. Enjoy
